The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP) is one route to becoming a permanent Canadian resident. The AIPP was created by the Canadian government to assist companies in the Atlantic provinces (New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island) in filling jobs that are not available locally.
This Canadian immigration program for foreigners allows employers to recruit high-skilled, intermediate-skilled, or foreign graduates from both within and outside of Canada.
While waiting for the permanent residency application, applicants can apply for work permits.
You must have earned at least a two-year post-secondary certificate within the previous 24 months and have lived in the province for 16-24 months to be eligible for the international graduate program.
Canada offers several visa and immigration pathways to aspiring citizens. As professional immigration consultants, our job is to educate you on the best one.
Relocate to Canada! Find out if you’re eligible in just a few simple steps!
