Start-up Visa Program

Requirements include:

1. Have a business that qualifies
2. Have a letter of support from one of the organizations listed.
3. Have a CLB 5 language competency in English or French.
4. Proof of ample settlement funds is required.
5. Intent to live in another province or territory besides Quebec
6. One application can be submitted by up to five people, as long as they each own at least 10% of the voting rights and together own 50% of the voting rights with the chosen organization.
